This masonry sealant penetrates and fills pores to prevent water penetration through exterior walls exposed to normal weathering. It has excellent UV stability and provides long-lasting protection. Defy Extra-Strength Water Sealant is an excellent choice for use over siliconized acrylic concrete stains to insure a water-tight finish. It can also be used on smooth split-faced and ribbed concrete block, concrete brick, and fired brick clay. This silicone brick waterproofing spray is not suitable for many dense masonry and concrete surfaces and will slightly darken and add a slight gloss to the surface being treated. DEFY Extra Strength Water Sealant is compatible with most oil-base paints and will cover between 40-80 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity and texture. Allow 24 hours to develop full, water-resistant properties.
