Masonry Cleaner & Degreaser is a super concentrated alkaline based cleaner formulated to clean a variety of masonry surfaces including concrete, brick and stone.
MasonrySaver Cleaner & Degreaser penetrates deep into the substrate to remove petroleum-based contaminants such as oils, dirt, grime and even efflorescence. MasonrySaver Cleaner & Degreaser is an environmentally safe, biogradable alternative to other harsher products, such as phosphoric acid or acid-based cleaners.

Dilution:
Mixing: Use 10 parts water to 1 part MasonrySaver Cleaner & Degreaser to clean:

Application
For general cleaning of dirt, grim, spots and stains, simply spray MasonrySaver Cleaner & Degreaser on the area to be cleaned, wait a minute or two and wipe off.
For oil staining on concrete floors and driveways, do not dilute the product or pre-wet the surface. Apply MasonrySaver Cleaner & Degreaser full strength by pouring or spraying the areas to be cleaned. Work the cleaner into the stained area using a stiff broom or nylon brush. Allow the product to work for approximately 20-30 minutes before rinsing. Rinse with clean water. Rinsing with high pressure water and with heated water will expedite cleaning. For severe stains, multiple applications of cleaner may be needed.
